St. Augustine

Yesterday Jeff (Allen's dad) and I we went to St. Augustine and it was sooo beautiful. Allen couldn't go because he was at work. It was
kind of spontaneous. We ended up going because we had to drop off Jeffs truck off around the area.

Here is the view from the restaurant balcony. The food was so good!! It started to rain toward the end.

St. Augustine is a completely different lifestyle then in Ocala. It was very touristy and right next to the beach, so very laid back. It was also very clean and seeme
d to be upbeat!

I have more pictures, but they are on the camera and I need to develop the film.

Juan Ponce de Leon
(1460?-1521) was a Spanish explorer and soldier who was the first European to set foot in Florida. He also established the oldest European settlement in Puerto Rico and discovered the Gulf Stream (a
current in the Atlantic Ocean). Ponce de Leon was searching for the legendary fountain of youth and other riches.

Chemistry Lab

My professor showed us some fun experiments. He put a penny in a very strong substance (I don't remember the name hehe) and it melted the penny into a liquid!

It ended up turning into a cool coppery smoke.

Gun Range

Me being very precise in my aiming... I actually wasn't to bad!

Baby Bunny

Here is this ADORABLE baby bunny we found the other day. I think he was scared and ran out of his nest. Allen caught him while he was doing yard work, I just cant get over how tiny he was. We brought him to the vet and he recommended that we let him go back to his nest in the morning. It was fun having the little guy around for a night though. We got to feed him kitten milk and it was SO CUTE!

Life at the The Mall

Here is our famous Elvis who you can find around Ocala. He is our "celebrity" of Ocala hehe!

and here is the man at the Mall News stand (who I purchase my morning coffee from daily) in this particular picture he was attempting to sell me an alligator head! How can you live without an alligator head?!?!

Garden and Cooking!

Here is our infamous garden (which is now dead) I think we over did it when we planted 6 tomato plants, 4 squash plants, 2 rows of corn, 2 rows of green beans, and of course we had to have strawberries haha! It was a beautiful garden..just a lot of work..

here is Allen teaching me how to cook salmon (which turned out really good!!!) I told him he needed to smile REALLY big because he never smiles during pictures.

Daisy

Above is Daisy's famous mid-air run!
She likes to get all of her toys out of her "toy basket" and spread them all over the floor! This is usually cute except in the middle of the night when you stub you toe or trip over a toy =D
